The Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) is a strategic think-tank and advisory body constituted by the Government of Kerala. Launched on March 24, 2018 under the Department of Planning and Economic Affairs undertaken by Government of Kerala, KDISC was subsequently reorganized and registered as a society on May 4, 2021, with the Honorable Chief Minister as the Chairperson. Young Innovators Program (YIP) is a flagship programme of K-DISC which aims to promote a culture of Innovation among the students aged between 13 and 35.
